Can anyone recommend a decent artist for a memorial pic?

I recently had a drawing of my daughter and her pony done from a photograph by a lady called Jan Martin. It is absolutely amazing and we are really happy with it. I think Jan also does oil paintings. She has a website if you do a little google.
