oil seed rape plants

I was wondering if anyone knew if oil seed rape plants ie before they have flowered are poisonus to horses or specifically broodmares in foal? I can't really find anything which leads me to suspect they are not. Any advise would be great.
Also are they poisonus to sheep?

Well Im not 100% sure about the whole plant but oil seed rape seeds are a common ingredient in most animal feeds so definitely not poisonous in that form! I dont think they are.
