Ok own up - Who's hid all the sharers!

I have been advertising on the usual free sites for a sharer/part loaner for my IDxCob as my hours have changed at work & i could do with a helping hand.

I have had all but one response in the last month!?!

Are there no such things as sharers/part loaners anymore? When i was looking prior to purchasing my mare, there was approx on average 5 responses per advert for people looking for sharers, do you think the current economic climate has had an impact on this & is there a difference dependant on where you live? I live in the midlands area.

I have been open & honest in my advert as i have little spare time to waste & dont want to waste anyone elses time if they are not suitable or not what im looking for.

Perhaps for an advert your a bit too long & honest as such? Maybe for the likes of hacking just write great to hack and then go into any tiny details when you get a viewer. I know if I seen an advert with too much 'info' as such it puts me off but if I were to go and view I'd like to get down to the nitty gritty so to speak.

Also the insurance thing may put some people off.

I do think the economic climate plays a big part though, people are just saving every penny whether it be on fuel or trying to work more hours.

Sorry your not getting any luck. I'm a sharer and found my part loan on preloved.

I think it's the time of year that might be the reason your not getting any responses, as your mare sounds lovely! If I was still looking I would give you a ring (and if I was lived closer!)

When I was looking, the more info on the advert the better for me. The only critique I have is take out the figity bit as it's not really needed. Other than that, I think it's fine. I'm not sure if preloved only allow 1 photo, but maybe upload a few more if you can?
