I need a bridle for my mare, i'm on a restricted budget at the moment (basically horse come with no tack) she doesn't need a flash and i think she's guna be snaffle mouthed, any ideas of what type of bridle to get?

If you're on a very restricted budget then Kincade bridles are ok (about £25, imported leather). They do a nice raised cavesson bridle and it includes the reins as welll.

Equestrian clearance has this which is quite a nice hunter-type bridle as well, english leather £60... it depends on your horses head really, and what you want to do with her...

And there's quite a few sales on at the moment, so you might find a nice bargain somewhere...

Look on ebay, you may be able to get a second hand really nice one!

I got an Otto Schumacher one - RRP around €300 for €80 - about £50.
