Ok updated pics, farrier booked for next week as he missed his last trim due to weather then farrier was on holiday :)

Im a little concerned about the rough soles, he hasnt been ridden in the last wee while due to a comobination of weather and him not being well and dropping weight.

The ground he is on has changed from rather boggy peaty soils to sandy silty soils as we are right on the clide valley and the river is below us, so the ground is sandy/silty and well draining.

He has changed feeds onto conditioning fibre, alfalfa pellets, linseed, beet and is still on his joint and hoofs supps :) For a bit of oopmh and condition Im going to possibley be adding either ERS pellets (Low starch for his cereal intolerancy) should I be able to source them cost effectively or Staypower cubes (again low starch) as I can get a hold of these locally :)

I remember when his shoes first came off and they really do look so much better! How is he on his feet atm, I remember you saying he was a bit footy a few weeks ago?
