Both have fab temps and easy in every way, 150% traffic, to handle etc.

I have to sell due to buying first house!!! Dont sell very often so all help gratefully recieved,

I'm no expert having never bought or sold a horse! But maybe write down the selling points of both horses, decide if they are better suited toa riding club or comp home. If RC tailor your ad accordingly maybe play on good hacking, good in compnay, good to travel / handle. If a comp hoem emphasise any prizes, points, comp experience, what level schooling they are at, what jumping experience, what type of comp they would be suited to.

Have a look on horse quest, horsemart and horse and hound, read some ads for similar types of horses and use those for inspiration. I'm sure people on here wont mind reading drafts and advising but you might have to give us a starting point!

What help is it exactly you are looking for? If you want to sell I would do as lexiedhb says and also put them on other sites to maximise how many people see the adverts. There are also lots of places I have seen on other posts recommended to advertise for a sharer. It probably depends what you have done with them and how much you want where might be the best place to advertise ie: riding club/ Pony club websites, local tack shops, if suitable?
