Okie Dokie & Gem Twist Cloning

So was chatting to a friend today about showjumpers we have loved and I mentioned Okie Dokie. My friend said that he and Gem Twist were going to be cloned.

Does anyone know if there is any truth to this?

Gem twist has already been cloned ,a colt foal was born in 2008 .

They have been! I think there is a Gem Twist 3 year olf under saddle now. Will see if I can find website for you

I know Gem Twist has, I think his clone might be about 3 now, if you google 'Gem Twist Clome' Loads of info will come up and some pictures. Not sure about Oki Dokie though

So we are not going mad! My friend was sure Gem Twist had been cloned and Okie was supposed to be?

I hope the have cloned Oki Doki, he was my fav. SJ ever.

Personally I don't have anything against cloning, especially for the really rare breeds.

Loads of them have been cloned! Top Gun La Silla, Ratina, Air Jordan, Levisto to name a few. Blimey where have I been?!

Gem Twist's looks gorgeous.

I too would hope for another Okie Dokie, such a fab horse. Be interesting to see how these turn out. Big shoes to fill.
