old canvas rugs - does anyone still use them?

as above? I've been given a box of really old horsy bits by a lady at work, felt too rude to say no, so in it was an old canvas rug, nowhere near bit enough for mine, so thought i'd try and give it away! but no luck!

so does anyone use them? would a charity accept it as a spare for any ponies they might rescue?

Im sure a charity would be very grateful of them. wow i have some fond memories struggling to put jute rugs on horses as a kid lol

oh cool thanks, didn't know it they would take them because of health and safety! I know there is one place about 30 miles away so might see if they want it! hopefully they will get some use out of it, as its in perfect condition, would seem a waste to chuck it!
