my old clippers run very well but last time i used them they did not cut so good.
i bought a new pair because i clipped for other people and needed them `now`.
i spoke to the manufacturer and they advise a service is what is needed.
my question is ..i am selling the old ones so should i sell them as they are or get them serviced first?
hope i`ve not left it too late in the season.
what would you do and how much?

I've just had my Hauptners repaired and serviced as they were whining overheating and cutting out and it cost £50. Not sure if that helps.

I get mine serviced every year as a matter of course and it costs me around £40. They are 11yrs old and work fine. If it was me selling them I'd probably sell them as is, cos there is no guarantee you'll find a buyer.
