I used to work at a few yards and met some great friends/Clients who some I kept in touch with and eventually lost touch with. I thought on the off chance that some may still be into horses and may come on here! Or if anyone recognises anyone I mention I would be over the moon to get in contact with some again!
1989 - 1990 (I was 16, just left school and started a YTS scheme to Train for my BHSAI)
The Limes Equestrian Centre/Showjumping Yard, Hinckley Road, Sapcote, Leics
I met a great friend called Diane Earle, (BHSAI) Instructor during my time there. (From Grantham/Lincs area, she went travelling to Australia. We kept in touch for many years but sadly lost contact.
She would be around 38 -40 now. Also Russell Fielding (Yard Manager)
1990 onwards, I worked at Brook Farm Equestrian Centre, Radwinter, Essex.
Great friends there were Sophie Gee (From Stansted area) Vicky Boyden (From Cambridge)
Also some of the people I used to teach that I kept in touch with for a while I can only remmeber first names but you never know someone may recognise themselves from that time!
mY 4.30PM Friday group I will never forget as they were the most talented bunch of kids ever and a lot of fun to teach! They would probably all be in their late 20's, early 30's now :0
Joanna (Used to mainly ride Bonnie) I still have the leaving card she made me
Luke (Fantastic little Rider, who I hope continued (Mum was called Linda I think)
Vicky Atkins (From Sudbury area I think) , used to ride Champ a lot!
There are others but this could turn into a novel!
I would love to get back in touch with even one person from back then
