Have a 10 1/2 yr old GSD bitch who's in pretty good health except in the last few weeks she has often felt really cold, her ears are icy and her paws. We have taken to wrapping her in a duvet in the evenings which she seems to like and when she finally warms up, she wriggles out of it. :)

Will take her to the vets this week as she was actually shivering yesterday afternoon (in the house), just to check there is not something more serious going on but like I said, there's no obvious signs, she's bright and alert, eating and drinking, no discharge, coughing etc...

I'm guessing her circulation isn't as effective anymore as it used to be, are there any supplements I can give her?
Or anything else that would help with this??

Its not something I've encountered with any of my oldies, unless they are actually ill. It could be circulation related I suppose, maybe her heart is having to work a bit harder. Have you taken her temperature at all? I would pop her to the vet for a check up tomorrow .
