Does anyone have this, I can find every other issue except this one!

There is an article on riding in schools (educational ones not maneges) that Bee would like a copy of as she is trying to sort out a school riding team.

In the article it mentions that many entries are school funded - the important bit!

If anyone has it and would be kind enough to either rip it out and post to me, or scan it and email I would be ever so grateful.

Thankies

I've got it in work which i can get in the morning if you still need it then

Sounds a good bet, much better that Kerrilli having to search her house. Thanks I'll pm you my email or address when you find it.

If you get your school to cough up you will be doing better than me! The problem is it's so expensive, at around £40 minimum for sj team and £80 for eventing team, so our head nearly passed out. She can probably get a year's worth of netball for that price!

We have done teams for a couple of years now. School did offer to pay for the embroidery of some rugs we won but that's it so far.

Good luck...

...and have got copy somewhere too if no-one else can find theirs.

Yes, and yes! Sussed you out weeks ago I'm afraid... we were both at Keysoe with daughters - are you doing the next eventer trial?

We pay for our entries mainly so we can enter what we like, although when we got through to the championships we would have liked a contribution...

As for qualifiers, we are very short of serious riders and none of ours event so can only do the show jumping qualifiers. Not got any details of the Towerlands one yet, have you?

It's May 11th JAS style and performance like the champs a couple of years ago. The finals will be a Keysoe so easy for us.

We have Bee (2 horses) and a boy who is PC Intermediate (you will know him his whole family does tet) and at least one other who is eventing at PN. Hopefully there will be a 4th person to ride at Open, but if not I can't find anything in the rules about not riding 2 horses.

There don't seem to be many pure eventing or SJ q's this year, being run more on the lines of regional q's and a final.

Event season has kicked off now, so back out doing the fun stuff. Have a look at Isleham pics in photo gallery!

You can't ride twice in team at final for sure. We have been to finals twice so I have been through rules with toothcomb!

Up until this year the rules for qualifiers were up to the people holding them, so you could ride two in a team if that school/centre allowed, so we did a few times as short of riders, but you couldn't at the final which is run by STLM school with a few other schools helping. Is tet lad JE?

The whole thing has been restructured this year, it's going to be like the BE JAS series.

Yes you have the lad right, I love his black horse!

By the time the finals come round (if we qualify) we shall have a new 6th former who is also competing PN on an ex intermediate horse, I believe you can make 1 change in th eteam.

Hope to see you at these events.
