Old Horsey Magazines?

Hiya,
I have loads of old horsey magazines, Your Horse, Horse and Horse & Rider which are sat gathering dust.
I don't want anything for them, so I hope this doesn't count as advertising, but I was wondering what you guys do / have done with your old mags? Seems a shame to just throw them out (well, recycle them!) when someone else could get pleasure from them??

I take mine to the local riding school and they are snaffled up...after i have entered all the competitions of course!!!

I recycle mine to friends but try to buy less now than I used to. Now only buy horse+hound, horse and occas your horse (honestly this is better than I used to be) xx

I've changed my Facebook status to see if anyone wants them! If that doesn't work I'll see if my local riding school is interested.

I've got quite a lot of old horse magazines stuck in the loft they must be 15+ years old. One day I will clear them out!

I'm sorry T_G but a friend's daughter has bagged them! I'll keep you in mind when I've hoarded the next lot though, I subscribe to Horse and am forever buying Your Horse and Horse & Rider even though I promised myself I'd cut down!!

Glad you found a home! I always give mine to my friend's 11 year old, she loves going through them!

I have loads...I go back through them every so often and re-find things that I can now use with the Boys.

Unless they get thrown before (they've been laying around for more than 4 years in some cases, so I can't see it happening) They'll get used to help with my teaching, when I finally get there, for the kids to cut up for pics.
