Old Shetland Mare Stolen

Crime Reference Number GB9615448/06 21st/22nd December from Ley Hill, near Chesham, Bucks.

A black/dark brown Shetland mare, about 10.2hh, 28 years old, blind in one eye and very arthritic front legs, which means she can't be ridden.

Please keep your eyes peeled for this one as I fear she may be dumped. No ID marks on her.

I hope she is found safe and well, she must be scared! Don't live anywhere near but will hope and pray for safe return. I love my shetland mare so know how you must be worried sick!

She's been found safe and well, wandering near Leighton Buzzard, and has returned home. She had obviously been dumped, and was rescued by a man who put her in with his horses, and his enquiries led to her being reunited with her owner. Thanks for all your help folks!
