Old Sprenger Duo

Does anyone know of anywhere that still stocks the old style loose ring Sprenger Duo (thicker mouthpiece with a v cut out) or does anyone have one knocking about that they don't use?

Thanks! From looking at the website I think they only have the 16mm thickness in the loose ring (the old ones were 23mm) but I have contacted them just in case.
