Anyone got these? Not the new thin Thermatex bandages they do now, but the original thick ones that are made from the original Thermatex material? I'm assuming not, but just wanted to double check these dont need a bandage pad underneath for overnight stable use?

I didn't think so, as I use the Thermatex wraps and Coolex wraps without anything underneath, and these are just like giant polo bandages. Had 'em years but never needed to use them til now. Now I feel like a numpty not sure how to use them!

Not a big fan of them. I have used them as back up to my thermatex wraps when I needed to and had nothing under them but they are a flipping PAIN to put on as so thick. I "think" the best way is to roll them really really tightly and then I can cope. Interested if anyone has any better ideas?!.

Have to confess I've avoided using them because they look so bulky and awkward but thought I might have to dig them out as spares as my wraps are taking an age to dry by the fire tonight.

wrap them much much tighter than normal stable bandages when rolling them up otherwise they are pretty much impossible to put on.

On the other hand, it has been great fun to give them to another livery to put on rolled normally. I have learnt a LOT of new swear words!
