Well, Ralph and I went to Oldencraig on Saturday and had a fab day, meeting loads of really nice, friendly people. Hi to Alex and Bailey......

I had a bit of a mare to start, my cousin and I had tacked Ralph up and I was just going to get my jacket on when horror struck........No jacket.....I had remembered everything else, ooooops

In a controlled panic, I asked two women if the show organisers would mind too much if I did not wear a jacket, they said they might be a bit funny, I started to worry, but one of the women said not to worry, I've got a spare you can borrow

It was a tad to big, but at least we could compete. Not only did they lend me the jacket but also read P16 for me and gave me an envelope to get my test sheet sent to me..........

We did two tests P7 and P16, we got reasonable marks and I was really pleased with him. But the greatest thing for me was the lovely comments from the judges. After a summer of disappointment in the showing field, one days dressage and I was the happiest person in the world. So, back to dressage for me, a fab day out
