Well with the warmer weather approaching I decided to smarten Ollycob up - especially as he is hunting tomorrow. Problem is he is a hairy beast and has been living out since Christmas. So how to get mud out of mane/tail/feathers? Easy - take them all off! :D

(not sure why he looks to croup high!)

He looks so smart! :)

I always get so tempted to clip Ronnie out, but not sure if he would pull it off!

Have fun hunting :D x

I thought he looked croup high in the first picture. How old is he? He looks more mature clipped out. how long did it take you?

What a smart looking boy! He's loverly ;):D
Did you just clip over the mud? My lad has little clumps of mud stuck to his fluffy feathers - my fault after using what turned out to be a glue like consistency mud fever preventing product which subsequently superglued mud onto the ends of the long hairs  He really doesn't appreciate me attacking them with my grooming brushes :o

I started by clipping downwards so avoiding the mud :)

Shadowboy - he'll be 11 this year, think he's just standing funny.
