OLONA - Brazilian Team horse at WEG

Does anyone know anything about her?

Me and OH were wondering if it's the same OLONA that used to be jumped by Ben Dunning in 2000/2001 season or not?

Right age, breed colour and sex, but I couldn't remember if she had the big white blaze that the team horse had. I'm curious because my mare was based with Ben at the same time and I remember her being very nice with a lot of scope!

I thought it was spelt Alona. The one Ben rode. Dont know if that will help though! I dont *think* it is because I think I know who owns it now.

Alona is a bay mare, not chestnut and must be much older. Ben did ride her at the same time and it was a bit confusing sometiomes!

Last time I saw Alona jumping Richard Hook was riding her!

Yes - according to startlist she's owned by Hamad Al Dabbous who has had several horses with Tony Newbery (partner of Ben's mother).
