Further to a recent thread placed by me... After people telling me that they HAD received their passes with their top price tickets for Olympia, I rang the box office three times in total each time they tell me that they have sent the passes in the post. The last time was last Tuesday. Well guess what, still no passes! Why do people say they will do something and then it doesn't happen? (and charge you extortionate rates for the phone lines whilst doing it)
