From what I can see there will be live coverage on Thursday on freeview but that's all I can find (the rest of the equestrian coverage on freeview seems to be show jumping) but I only had a quick look. There might be more in with the general coverage on BBC1/2 but it doesn't specify this - I guess how much they show (if any) will depend on how well GB are doing.
