Just thought I would ask is there anyone going to watch any of the equestrian events in Hong Kong in August. I am lucky enough to be going. I cannot wait, sooooooo excited. I have been saving since Athens and now it seems unreal to think I will be there in 5 months time. I am a little apprehensive about the weather as I understand it will be very hot and humid not ideal conditions for horses but i am sure everyone will be fine.
 
I was going but changed my mind about the travelling and money to stay there, after I heard it will be London in 12, so willl be there instead.
 
I'm hoping to go & see the eventing & dressage, but we're waiting to hear if we've got event tickets before we book our flight.
Where did you get your from?
 
I have booked and paid for all my tickets through Sportsworld, they are apparently the only company who are selling tickets in England. I booked my hotel direct and have booked my flights with Air New Zealand. I have had this all booked since September last year.
 
I have my tickets on order with sportsworld, but they can't confirm if we've def got them until the end of April

We're going to book the hotel today, but can't book flights until we def know we're got the event tickets.

Hope you manage to get the tickets, Hong kong is supposed to be a fantastic place so that will be something else. I am soooooo excited. Feel like a child in a sweet shop.
 
You should easily get tickets on the day. I went to the Atlanta Olympics and booked through Sportsworld. There were loads of touts selling tickets outside the stadiums so you should be fine.
