I really cannot believe that Ros Canter has been given a flag penalty = 15 points because despite photographs showing Walter's shoulders being clearly inside the red flag those are not deemed evidence as they were not taken by an official camera. Yet apparently as best as I can find there was no "official" camera at that fence.
