why did the GBR riders hats (mary king and Sharon Hunt and Daisy Dick) not have the HS1 part on the front? also are tehy not allowed to show who they are sponsored by like Mary Kin and Joules?

Nothing allowed, except for the companies that have official sponsorship deals (which they pay massive money for), and even then I believe there are very strict rules about how big, where etc.

People have got in trouble for doing things like trying to sneak on a baseball cap during interviews so I suspect they watch VERY closely!
