Haha - for me its 6:30 this evening!!! Great!!!! (Even though I missed most of this mornings!)

Can erm someone tell me who is in the lead as inet is pretty much buggered here ? Its a Fredericks right?

I really enjoyed watching Gazelle, who looked relaxed. I am so pleased for Karin. Kristina as well - Miners Folic has a great future ahead of himself.

haha, i did, i thought that was a Vs up to the German selectors.

having seen the pics of the xc course though, i don't think she'd have had a round like she did in Athens...
