olympics, when and what channel, normal tv or sky????

Ok so i might be being special i have checked the bbc website and found when the dressage is on but i cant seem to find it on my telly. Im looking on sky so i can hopefully sky + it. All it says on the website is freeview 1 or satellite 2 etc etc but i still cant find it!
Can anyone tell me where to find it on sky or is it only when you press the red button.... and can you sky + that?????

has times events are being shown. . .and they would be on a bbc channel. . .

Hoping i dont have to stay up silly hours to watch it. . .hope it is some help

That's not live though so they might chop and change timings, especially that of the GB lot
