hes from the Billy stud though isnt he? there was an article about the stud in Eventing mag earlier on in the year
interestingly there were 8 "billy" horses competing at firle place this weekend (not sure if theyre all from the stud, mind) with scores of 31.5, 31, 30.5, 24 and 18.6 and all clear xc...think i might just have to invest in one of these horses!! lol

And did anyone notice that Pippa may just have crossed over to the dark side a bit too much!! She won a national championship for 6yr olds BSJA, so obviously a horse destined for the top SJing, not eventing!!

We jumped judged today so had the pleasure of watching PF riding her youngsters xc. Billy landretti was absolute class but really liked Billy Shannon. Another one to watch. She has some smashing horses at the moment!

Wasn't impressed by most of the riding though! The pros really stood out.

Saw her warming up Billy Shannon for the dressage. Yet another nice young horse.

And absolutely fell in love with Tina Cook's Oudini - didn't look like their first event at all - beautiful horse!

shes a lucky lucky lady but so very determined and pretty much the best at producing horses from the start to the end.

yes definately agree landretti is a class horse! i follow pippa's horses as i really like her style and think she is very gd at producing them. saw landretti 2 yrs ago at a bsja comp and i thought wow then!! i then found out it was only a 4 yr old, amazing!!! she might not have 4* horses now but will do in a few yrs time. heard that she likes to produce them anyway and not take something on ready made. good luck to her and hope she carries on doing such a gd job with the billy horses! reckon she will take him to le lion!
