One word WOW

Had a play with Pidge in a hackamore on Monday night and not ridden since then. Had another play tonight but used a friends saddle and OMG the difference in Pidge was amazing

He was pinging over the jumps, the canter was totally straight (normally canters sideways and takes a huge effort to get him straight), and his back was soooo free

I'm one very happy mummy

never thought he was that big before! but yes OMG the difference in him was fantastic and forgot to say he was dropping into the contact despite being in the hackamore whereas normally he tries to do a damn good impression of a giraffee

Sue, thats fab!!! I took May xc in a hackamore and found she ended up putting her head between her knees, but do jump in it occasionally (sj)
