OMG I can't actually ride!!! Help!

Met a lovely lady off of here (anya09) who very kindly gave me a lift to a little XC/SJ clear round today.

She must think we are a right pair of retards!! Badger and I last competed in 2008 at NC/PN level but after nearly 2 years off it appears we are both very rusty indeed!!!

I can't believe how rubbish we felt!! Badger was a bit over the top in his enthusism so didn't have the best control and combined with me not being able to see a stride for toffee - must not have been a pretty sight!!! How the heck did we ever managed to manourver our way round a 1.10 course I have no idea!!

Please tell me it will come back??

haha are you me?! i've totally lost any ability that i ever had not much in the first place)- especially on the flat, i can't ride for toffee and have 3 stressage tests to do tomorrow
