Pretty pointless post- sat on a horse for the first time in 5 years on tuesday night and had a hour lesson-all very basic stuff but my god i now hurt everywere, i think i thought i would be fine as if i still ride everyday-how wrong!!
Quick question for any one living in the lincoln area-does any one know of a centre with a really good instructor that i can have some private lessons on without my own horse? my sitting trot needs some serious work! not too worried about travelling or price really?????

Sorry to hear that you're feeling achy! I haven't been riding for a few years and have a lesson booked in three weeks so I think I'll take it easy! I hope you feel better soon

Youll be fine in a few days and will get used to it once you have got the into it a bit more
