omg look at this ad - ruh woth free pony

I'm being unbelievably dense, but I don't get it

I think it's a tongue in cheek advert, advertising a pony for sale, with a naff picture of a grubby, but sweet looking pony. Fill me in somebody! :o :p

Yes I agree, I think someone has tried to be clever and word a very tongue in cheek, jokey advert as a marketing ploy.

Its worked too as already it has been highlighted here ;)

How odd, usually posts like this are slagging off the literary abilities of the advertiser but in this case the advertiser has a slightly odd issue of using commas instead of spaces rather than as well as spaces but is otherwise understandable and the OP appears illiterate.

It's just someone thinking they have put up an eyecatching ad. Which obviously they have succeeded in doing.

:D and just look at all the extra advertising it is getting on here, and probably other forums as well. Not a bad bit of advertising as far as attention grabbing goes really.

I sold a Landrover Defender 110 that way ... complete with 3 bedroom detached house . As far as I know they re-sold the house but kept the Landy ;)

I don't get what the problem is, other than you don't like the advertising ploy, the pony clearly isn't free with an asking price of £200.

The pony looks healthy, well looked after, all the other horses look healthy, they are happily eating large bale hay in one picture, this person is clearly looking after their horses, yes the pony is only £200 but that is a sign of the times... alright the rug doesn't fit that well, but I suspect it only wore the rug for the photo to be taken of the rug, as its not wearing it in any of the other pictures and doesn't have any rug rubs that you can see. The pony looks very happy to me and hopefully will find a nice home.

Think its supposed to be ironic or amusing! Like people above have said its certainly caught people's eye, Maybe more so that a Pony for sale £200 would have done.

Chill! ;-)
