OMG!! My boy can jump!!!

Went out on a hack today on my dressage diva and discovered just how big a jump he has on him.....

Went on a long hack (nearly three hours) called 2 brooks. Now my boy doesn't do water so I had to get off to lead him through - was very good through the first one

- only managed to knock me over when we got to the other side

.....at the second brook I hopped off as this brook is about 3 foot wide (only about 5 or 6 inches deep) and walked him down to the edge - at which point the muppet took off from a standstill and cleared the brook with about 4 foot to spare - and I was left to paddle through after him

.....luckily as he is also a piglet he stopped straight away and was stuffing his face......

Anyway am pleased that he can jump (even more pleased I wasn't on board!!

) and sneakily admire the way he managed to avoid getting his toes wet - again!!!!

I took my lad XC the other day, and instead of going through the water he launched himself over it. Well, it was full of duck weed..

I WAS on board (but I very nearly wasn't on landing ....)

Glad you had a lovely hack, our lanes have just been tarred and chipped so won't be going out while its still hot, they might get stuck

Lol! Darcy doesnt do water either. Come to think of that today a new piece of road has been concreted and as it was a different colour - didn't do that either
