omg! No hi vis

Does anyone else feel it strange that they are advertising schooling livery when selling some horses "from the field"?
 
I was driving 30 on a country road this morning which is plenty slow enough for the road,

There was a horse and rider without high vis!

I had my eyes looking ahead to the corner as it's quite narrow incase a car came and it was only until my mum looked to the right she saw the horse! I didn't have time to slow down and if I had braked suddenly could have skidded!

Her horse was dark bay and
She had dark clothes on and blended right into the hedge!

I felt awful but I could not see her !

I wish it was compulsory for all riders to wear hi vis

I think it should be compulsory, too. Did you say anything to her?
