OMG signed up for adult pony camp!

Have I gone mad? Les than a month ago I was scared to hack Nancy, now we have signed up to do adult pony camp, late aug/early sept so I have between now and then to teach her to jump (clydesdale whos favourite pace is walk) and master basic dressage. Plus get in better shape for the rounders/silly evening games round the barbie. I told Nancy 'we' had signed up and she gave me one of her 'no chance' looks..........so I am now officially in training!!!!!!
 
Well done, it gives you something to aim for! I took my cob last year, he was 18 then and we had one flat lesson where he was *ahem* difficult, then just hacked instead, I felt that taking him back in the school would have been bad for everyone involved, and we were never going to start jumping! The most important thing was that we had a good time!
 
Good for you, sounds like it will be great fun and you've got lots of time to break everything down into small chunks to be achieving what you want to by the time it comes to Camp.
