I love them! Shame the TB needs one that goes further down his face or else I would get him the wide eyed one! Would it be wrong to put a girl one on a gelding? If not yak pony is defiantly getting the shifty girl one, will look good with his pink grazing muzzle!

He DOES look a bit cross eyed after the deed!

PMSL!

Ordering them online is no good. I always have to try them on myself to check they are see through for the horse

I hope the printed eyes are see through, otherwise thats quite a bit of their range of vision thats compromised (yes I know their eyes aren't directly behind the cartoon eyes but still

)

Am I being a partypooper?

So, which one for a stallion? D for a stallion - its the sideways glance thing I think - eying up the totty!

I wish I'd seen these before buying new ones last summer!!!! I'd need four, and all of them would be different to suit!!!!!

Brilliant!!!!!! - how do you attach them? Do they rub? What if horse always itches face on front leg, will it come off?

Naturally, I have been spotted at the local saddlery wearing one of these before to check, and NO, it makes no difference to vision from the inside that I could see.

Rotchana, they slip over the ears and attach with velcro under the chin, all fluffy padding. I haven't had a horse get them off yet, BUT... they can, and do, in my experience, rub. I have actually stopped using that particular style because I have seen what happens if a fly does get inside ( for the same reason I don't use fly sheets either) major panic. In addition all my horses got rub marks (and yes, all the padding was kept clean and fluffified) perhaps because temps average mid 20's in summer and they may be a little warm for here. I stick with my fly fringes now.

They look very similar to one of my horses fly masks his fastens with velcro under and around his cheek bone, probably not the best picture to show you. Although they obviously aren't the same brand but the materials look similar, mine doesn't rub him and during the summer he wears is a lot. Although his is slightly on the big side for him and he has managed to loose in on several occasions. What you can do is make a hole in the top and plait a piece of their mane through it to hold in in place if you feel your horse would rub it off.
