well i think bathing bear last week worked!!! we came 1st in ridden M+M!!!! and 3rd in ridden cob!!
there was a snag in the cob class... the judge was riding them. which i never knew!! (being soo Blonde!) with a major hangover and more pissed than the night before!!!
anyway that had no effect on us as i think bear was the most forward going for the judge, she said he was lovely and fabulously well behaved for a 4 year old!! she said the only reason he wasn't placed higher was because he wasn't as ''cobby'' as the rest, which i knew would knock us down but the only classes suitable were the 2 we did, but hey its all good experience!!!
and then we came 1st and i was chuffed to bits!!!! he was soooo good and such a gentleman in the ring.
we need to do more schooling but i haven't really done much apart from hacking, i find schooling really boring but i must do it!!!
oh and we tried a clear round only 2ft 3'', knocked down the double as we've not really sussed them yet, but the 2nd time i put the double to x poles and he didn't knock them!!!
