Yesterday started out great. Took two of my horses for a lesson. My mare was fab, it was the best i had ever rode her. She jumped great and was making it all feel so easy.
Got on my boy next (hes been injured since last year and hasnt jumped round a course since) he is far too big for his boots at the minute, and thinks he knows best. So after he stopped at the first fence we jumped, he got a smack.
The then never put a foot wrong, and really took me into every fence. So all happy but i had been warned to get mad with him tomorrow (show)as we needed him to jump like he had in my lesson.
So we get back to the yard, and i start to clip my mare ready for the show, as she was really sweating up.
After i finished clipping i hot ragged her, and washed mane and tail. then started scrubbing her socks. Then she decided to lift her front foot up, and smack my mouth.
I notice the whole corner of my tooth is broke off in a diagonal jaggered line. Great! I was in pain, and rang home to try and get me to a dentist!
Leave my fab friends to finish off horses and rush home. As im on my way to emergency practice my friend phones. My 4 year old has two cuts on his back leg.
She poltices them and stable bandages him. *more panic!*
Get to practice and not dentist on on a friday!- F*cking great!
So i had the joys of rice of my tea!
Went to the show this morning and both horses jumped great. Just missed prices on my boy, he came around 18th out of 80+. Maybe i shouldnt have my tooth fixed!!
No i am going too, it bl**dy hurts!
