We are now gaining momentum for the awareness of Claire Lomas's Marathon walk for spinal research, whilst paralysed.

To spread outside the horse community, please share https://www.facebook.com/ClairesMarathonChallengeForSpinalResearch especially to all your non-horsey contacts, and like the page yourself.

If on twitter, please send some tweets including the top trending phrases if you can, but if not, making reference to Claire by using #claireswalk so we may get that hashtag trending.

Thank you for your support, it was HIDEOUS on Tower Bridge on Sunday, but Claire keeps on kicking on, and still smiles!

of course, if you were going to Badminton, and now want to join Claire in London, you are all welcome. She's easy to find, as doesn't go very fast, so from starting point, will only make a mile or so along the marathon course. Don't think you have to know her, or come with others, just arrive! Finishing point posted on FB page and twitter each night.
