thanks to all that replied have now arranged new instructor so really looking forward to that in a weeks time. i do really want to give him a chance as i think he has got a lovely scopey jump just need the canter to back it up, on the positive side took him in school today and after thinking about contact issues dropped his bit 1 hole and he seemed to go a lot better as he reached for his contact more i could soften him more in canter a long way to go but hopefully with help of new instructor fingers crossed
