I watched 2 women trying to get their cavi to come back in the park for about 20 mins but it was just hovering round and then running. Eventually one managed to trap it then, you guessed it, whacked it so hard it yelped............then I called her a stupid cow and got in a big row

Hail Cayla, dog catcher and all round wonderful person

Had a very funny conversation with Mr Frabern about that on Sunday MM.
He did a brilliant impression of what he does when his young bitch eventually decides to come back after running off to play with other dogs at the park.

"One....two....three....four...five...GOOD GIRL!" (Through gritted teeth with a big red face and trying to hide his shaking fist)

'That's a very.... good.... dog.....' **mutter, mutter, bleedin' dog, mutter, mutter, mutter**

Either that, or in my best, happy, girly, what-a-good-dog voice:

'You're a little s**t-bag aren't you? Yes you are! It's no wonder you got kicked out first time round is it? No it isn't! WHAT a little s**t-bag you are....' etc etc etc... makes me feel better anyway
grin.gif

I was very angry.........I first thought she was trying to help the dog and it was not her own, so my intention was to stop and catch it and put it in my car and take it home
grin.gif
it was a lovely little black lab.
She was standing by her car and the dog was sittting on the opposite side of the road and she kept putting her hand over her mouth when the dog stepped onto the road
crazy.gif
........the traffic never slowed
mad.gif
anyhow she kept shouting of it, so I pulled in on the same side as the dog...........and bent down on my needs and talked like a spiv, "hiya ickle baby"
blush.gif
and she came straight to me...........I then handed it to her and she let go of it's collar and said "in" as in car, and it stepped back and luckily she grabbed it
crazy.gif
what a knobber
mad.gif

She did thank me and said, she got a thorn in her paw in the park and she tried to pull it out and the dog screamed holy hell and ran, she stuck close to her but would not come close enough for her to get her.

So...why then would u cross a busy road and expect the dog to follow without being killed

Yes, nothing hides anger well like cooing 'you ickle bollox, if you do that again, you're going to get my boot up your backside, oh yes you is!'

Cheeky cow............I risked life and limb to get that dog
mad.gif

NOT...but it sounds good
smirk.gif

Sounds like an all-too-familiar case of dog having far more sense than the owner! Well done Cayla - bet you had to restrain yourself from saying a few choice words didn't you?!!
