A coloured shetland colt foal has gone missing from Elstree, Hertfordshire. He is only one month old.
Cecil, a shetland pony, was stolen from a stable at a property in Summerhouse Lane, Aldenham, sometime between 7pm yesterday (Thursday, August 14) and 7am today (Friday, August 15). Cecil is only 1 month old. Crime reference J2/14/965
