One pony 13.2, planning another either 12.2 or 15/16hh - Ifor 505 or 510?

We currently have one pony - 13.2. We desperately need a trailer and my husband has found an Ifor 505 in very good condition (4 years old) for 3,000 from a dealer. We borrow a friend's Ifor 505 at the moment and it is very very easy to tow BUT it is quite small and I am worried that it may be too small. We are getting a second pony/horse early next year and it will either be a 12.2 for my younger children OR a 15hh for me (we only have space for two ponies).

Good 510s are like hen's teeth in our price range (we also want a black one just to make things more complicated!) and we need a trailer asap. Would you go for the one we've found or wait longer for a 510?

Thanks!

Thanks! A friend has 2 x 15hh and says hers is too small so I was worried. Would rather get the 505 as so much easier to tow.

My 17hh youngster fits in my 505.
I used to take two 16.2 horses fully tacked up hunting in it and still plenty of room. Either your friends horses are 15hh wide and long as well as tall or she has serious space issues!
