Which doesn't quite make up for the fact that we were supposed to drive to the coast today for her first seaside visit. Damn that hip! :mad: :(
 
And a very happy birthday to your daughter too! :)

Gutted about the seaside, his lordship booked today off weeks ago so now there's three of us rattling around the house with nothing to do and winding each other up. :o

Back to the vet tomorrow for a consultation with the physio nurse, hopefully she will give us the go-ahead to increase her exercise and start hydrotherapy next week. She's totally sound and desperate to get out but if it pops back out at this stage she'd need surgery, so best to stay on the side of caution. :(

The boys both send their love and say its a shame you are missing on your birthday treat:( but better to go when you are properly mended so you can do mucho hooning!!!:D:D:D

PS Max-i-moo says you should be able to finish that buit of rawhide off in an hour of concerted work - tops!!;):D
 
Good news! Hunky Male Vet gave her a good squeeze this morning and said he wants her back in full exercise in two weeks! :eek: :D

Had an ogle of her hip x-rays too, ironically the dislocated one looks the better but both are 'exemplary' and he reckons she'll be a low risk for any associated arthritis. Super super pleased. :D
