Our very near fall out hunting yesterday - neither of us realised there was a ditch on the other side of the fence which resulted in this. Luckily, my little star of a horse was quick to think and get us both out of trouble - not quite sure how I managed to stay on though!

Wow that is some ditch (at least it was empty)...I am guessing as the hedge wasnt so high the flight was more flat clearly and in you went. That could have been so nasty....made me feel ill....I suppose thats one good thing sometimes it happens so fast. Adrenaline...........glad you were both ok and yes your horse just got upright and up and away. Amazing.

You can't beat an appy for protecting you and getting you out of trouble.. am loving your pony (is actually very like mine) well done for staying together and trouble free.. fabulous photo captures despite being a bit 'hairy'

I was looking at Nico's photos of Tues and saw them and thought bloody hell!! I was amazed that pony got you out of that one. What a star.
