Well, I have now had my Roo a year, cant believe it! The time has flown and she has taught me so much.
When I first got her,
Waiting for me to come back to her, Id gone to the tack room
I got my best friend from college to come ride her in the first week, to see if she thought Id made the right choice, she loved her!
We had an issue with her overbending a lot
When I got Roo, my intention was never to jump again, but then I met Neil who started to teach me, and I started to jump tiny jumps
I bought her a pink headcollar, she loves it
I went to my first show, we did the clear round class and got a clear round rosette, I was so proud 
Winter came, a new horse came to the yard on loan, but the novelty wore off for the owner, so I ended up looking after the horse all winter!
I cried like mad when he went back to the owner, I would have loved to keep him
Me and Roo went for a hack and had a canter in the field, mum took a pic of us after
Schooling started to improve a little
We went for a gallop
We did some big jumps
We finally had a breakthrough with her schooling
The jumps went down in height again
Bought her a grazing muzzle to get her weight down
We now go showjumping once a fortnight, doing 85cm class, which is the biggest they do at that show, I hope to get to some bigger shows at some point,
She is perfect, and I wouldn't swap her for the world
