Depends which ones you mean - You can get eventing ones online at eventriders.com for free. Dressage Diagrams is excellent though as you get access to pretty much all tests (BD etc.) and they include diagrams which are good. Does cost money, but I think they're available online for like 3 months once you've bought one.
Although I looked for a test I needed the other day and they dont have it online which was very annoying

With dressagediagrams they stay in your online account once you have bought them and you can print them off (text and pictorial forms) as often as you like. I have printed and laminated all mine, and print a new rough copy off to go in my pocket for the day of a show.
