Online prescription?

So I order Puggy’s Danilon as an online prescription to try and keep the costs down as much as possible. I tend to shop around for the best deal when I need to pay order.

I’ve just ordered on Pet Online and just wondered if anyone had any experiences with them? I’ve uploaded the prescription twice now (straight from the email I was sent from my vets) and it keeps coming back as they cannot read it? Unless Im missing something it’s perfectly readable as it’s a typed letter?! I’ll call them tomorrow but I just wondered if anyone had experienced this and knew how to solve it? Thank you

Have just had a prescription of Omeprazole, its being emailed to the company by the vet, they will copy me in, so i know that it has gone to them.

I have just ordered through Pet drugs on line. I had to go on line and make the order, then ring the vet and give them the order number. They then sent the prescription over. Took a few days but worked ok.

I always get my vet to email me the prescription, I screenshot it and upload that to pet drugs online.

Have you saved the attachment to your device and then uploaded it from a file there? I don’t think you’ll be able to do it direct from the email.

My vets won't do that.

Yes I uploaded the attachment directly from the Vets - in the end I rang them and asked them what the problem with it was and they said they couldn’t see any problem and it’s now been approved.Bit of a rigmarole but we got there in the end..!
