online rug shopping, where?

am looking for a medium or heavyweight turnout rug MUST have neck cover or at least can buy a neck cover for it as horse rolls a lot and it was a nightmare last winter

and looking for as cheap as possible so any ideas?
have looked at equestrian clearance but dont seem to find anything unless i am completly missing them all

so any help please!

I would ring discount saddlery / hey farm saddlery. I went into their shop this morning and bought a heavyweight turnout with detachable hood for £50. I dont think they have them on their website though.

I wanted a cheap rug for my baby this winter but didnt want to spend a fortune as he would just out grow it or trash it.
