Online Saddler to make leather straps to order?

Does any one know of one, or even if not specifically made to order, that may have such a thing?
I am after the straps to join a hunting breast plate to saddle. So I could possibly use a flash strap, but I'd like something a little more chunky and possibly with a clip on the end.
