Has anyone used any of them, eg weight watchers? Is it worth it, or do you really need to go to the meetings?
Just looking for something that will keep track of how many calories i eat and work out how many I've burned (btw, does anyone know how many calories are burned with 40 mins flatwork, poopicking etc??)
Desperately need to lose some weight but can't seem to motivate myself on my own so any recommendations would be great...
